Refund policy
We want you to love your artwork. Because each print is made to order, all sales are considered final and we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing decisions, or ordering mistakes.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item, packaging, and shipping box so we can make it right. Replacement prints are available for:
- Shipping damage
- Manufacturing defects
- Incorrect items received
If approved, replacement orders will be produced and shipped at no additional cost.
Please note that slight color variation may occur between screens and printed artwork due to monitor settings and print processes. These variations are considered normal and are not considered defects.
Framed prints, custom-sized artwork, and special-order pieces are final sale.
